My spiritual practices are similar to yours, Jean: Bible study, journaling, prayer, solitude and silence, Bible memorization, and devotional/sacred reading. (On any given day I usually include four practices out of the six.) Back in 2017 I started a separate gratitude journal to list an item or two each day for which to be grateful. I discovered that the mental review of the day's blessings was every bit as valuable as the writing. My outlook and attitude are the better for it!

Having a gratitude attitude is something I practice every day, Jean, thanking God for all his grace and mercy in all things. For me, it's the only way to live! I am looking forward to this series.
Blessings!
