Thanks for the suggestions about the space heater. Yes there is a close outlet and I do already possess a small heater. Will add it before it get too cold!! Thanks Nancy

But I’m blessed to have my own cozy office space with all my Bible study, journaling, and prayer materials close at hand. From you I learned the habit of lighting a candle and inviting Jesus, the Light of my life, to join me. How delightful you have that indoor porch where you can enjoy the outdoors a little bit longer. (P.S. Do you have an electrical outlet out there? Maybe a space heater would warm up that corner until the temps really start to drop!)

I do love your new setting on your indoor porch. I love to be able to sit on our deck when the weather cooperates to simply be still and listen for the Lord. I do have a spare room where Virginia used to sleep when she’d visit, and that’s now my quiet retreat in the winter months.
