That instantaneous connection with a brand new soul, one generation removed from us. LOVE Ammie – great name, great story, great wordplay. Enjoy this lovely girl, Jean – and many more to you as well. Mine range in age from 14 months to 20 years (we started young- what can I say?? :>) and every single one of them had the same impact on us. Every wonderful one. And I do believe that’s how God looks on us – isn’t that amazing to contemplate?

His name is Elijah and he is 9 months old. Now I see when I was growing up what the grandmothers was talking about, it;s like raising your own child again.
