Yes it is a challenge to pray constantly. but I think He honors our efforts . love is always the answer, isn’t it?

I think the whole idea of ‘praying constantly’ is such a tough thing to understand. Yet, here he is, trying mightily to do that, and loving the process!
Love is always the key, and certainly learning to love these people was a holy act. Isn’t it interesting that the other missionaries may have failed because they failed to love?

I don’t think a lot of people know of him but his passion to know God is inspirational. To find just the right rhythm to connect with the Holy is a deep desire for many of us. You are so right that certain music drawing us closer too. Hope you are having a blessed weekend!!

Thank you for the introduction, Jean. I am still on the learning curve for inviting God to join me frequently throughout the day. But I do see signs of progress. One hymn that often comes to mind is actually an old chorus from my childhood: “I Will Sing of the Mercies of the Lord.” Additional verses can be added by singing of other attributes, such as wisdom, kindness, sovereignty of God righteousness of God, etc. My mood gets an uplift as I contemplate the greatness of my Heavenly Father.
