I like the question "what am I most grateul for", keeps us counting our blessings, which keeps our focus on the good and not the things that cause worry or fear. Congratulations on your weight loss, that's awesome! My goal is to lose 25 lbs. and the only way I am successful in losing weight is taking the time to measure and record. I am impressed with your great success. Do you have any tips or insights you learned on your journey that you would be willing to share? Thank you.

I too like Michael Hyatt's question, as it generates positive thinking. One question that I pray with is: "God, what would you have me accomplish today?" I want to be open and receptive to His plans!

Yes, Jean, it's so true that so many of us want the answers to our questions, and do not value the questions themselves. We can never have all the answers in life, so why not focus on the questions and be content in our own curiosity? I especially like the practice of asking ourselves for what we are grateful. Those answers are fluid, and will change depending upon the day and the circumstances.
Thanks for this most encouraging post, my friend!
