What an interesting concept Phyllis Tickle shares! That gives me hope for the church, which is showing signs of decline. 2. I too find the Fibonacci sequence fascinating. Wrote about it myself a few years ago. 3. I pray to remember the sacredness of waking, to approach the day with more wonder and expectation, thanks to David Whyte. 4. As for Hafiz encouragement to dance, I’m listening to a sermon series by Pete Briscoe entitled Dance Lessons! For each sermon his text is a different passage from Galatians. Thanks for bringing such interesting topics to the table, Jean! (In real life, I can see this conversation taking several hours!!)

I took it as an invitation to begin each day with thankfulness and a willingness to be open to whatever that day has in store, refusing to rush headlong into desires of our own making.
