I have been going through a period of sluggish complacency of late and on the odd occasion, I think to myself, I could do with a good shake!!

I know that through the gift of faith God is present with me, but sometimes I just need to be stirred up.

Thank you for obliging with this wonderful thought provoking verse. It’s wonderful how God uses different ways of giving us that word of encouragement and motivation and just at the time that He knows we need it.

What a mighty God we serve 🙂

I LOVE this verse — it reminds me so much of myself. I think I don’t see God, I think I can’t hear him, and then (usually in retrospect) I see the evidence that he’d been there all along.
