It’s as if there is someone always with me it’s like you can tangibly feel a presence but you cannot explain it. It’s incredible sometimes it’s like talking to a friend you ask And it shall be granted and the only thing God requests in return gratitude and faith. 🙂

I really do believe in the power of gratitude. Interesting research about how gratitude actually changes the chemistry in our brains. I think our hearts too. Humility is a hard lesson too. I am thankful for you my friend.

Reading it within the context of a difficult, ongoing situation a number of years ago, I can vouch for the truth of his words. As he points out, “Gratitude will not take away every pain or sorrow, but it will transform us in the midst of them.” I learned important, transformative lessons during that time: humility, perseverance, taking every thought captive, practicing God’s presence, and more. Praise God he does indeed bring MUCH good out of ALL things. / As for those pulsating droplets of water: mesmerizing! Isn’t it glorious that we’re still discovering wonders within God’s creation?!
