It was a wonderful to frame a conversation or situation – be curious. I think Jesus was curious. That would be a neat Bible study wouldn’t it? mmmm, maybe have to do that.

I’ve been thinking more about curiosity lately too. I want to use curiosity as a lead-in to conversations with others who hold differing positions than me, rather than simply information-transfer (which doesn’t always work anyway! ha).

I really liked both of those quotes. Sort of gave me permission to ask and linger with questions instead of rushing to find the answers. I think we grow stronger when we wrestle with our questions.

I had no idea Albert Einstein also used that phrase! Also appreciate the Rilke quote about living the questions now and perhaps we’ll gradually live into the answer. ‘Love the sound of that, as well as opening new ways of knowing God and knowing ourselves through the spiritual practice of curiosity and the power of asking questions.
