Quote of the Week – Julian of Norwich

May 18, 2013 By Jean Wise

“The place which God takes in our soul he will never vacate,

for in us is his home of homes,

and it is the greatest delight for him to dwell there. . . .

The soul who contemplates this is made like the one who is contemplated.”

~Julian of Norwich

Mia, I was so privileged to sit in Julian of Norwich ‘cell’ when we were in England last fall. Yes her presence was still strong there too. Maybe I should feature her on a post soon.

Jean, I have so much of Julian of Norwich but have never read anything of her. Would love to! Oh, this is so beautiful! Sometimes it is still too much for my small mind to understand; the wonder and beauty that is God!!
    God bless you, dear friend.
